WSP is currently initiating a search for a Senior Project Coordinator for our Atlanta office. Be involved in projects with our Buildings Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client’s objectives and solves their challenges!

Your Impact

• Assist with marketing research for the business development leaders in the Atlanta office.
• Assist with Construction Administration data entry for ongoing construction projects.
• Tracks and reports on progress, assign questions and reviews to supporting Architects and Engineers.
• Knowledge of architectural and engineering systems for science and technology building types.
• Supports the organization and facilitates pursuit strategy meetings. Organize, track and assist in developing marketing strategies for new and existing clients.
• Works with individual pursuit teams to develop pursuit strategies, including providing business intelligence on clients, competitors and WSP.
• Work with teams in development of complex proposals with general guidance, including scheduling and conducting project kick-off meetings and strategy sessions for a winning proposal.
• Researches, gathers and edits proposal materials, including writing, verifying, and formatting proposal information. Ensures the various aspects of proposals and other marketing materials are compliant, accurate and delivered in a timely manner with a high attention to detail.
• Collaborates with technical staff to write original content and reviews/edits content for clarity, compliance and key messages.
• Collaborates with graphic design staff to plan and produce materials ensuring all proposal materials are effectively communicating the strategic vision identified for a given pursuit.
  Supports client engagement teams by preparing materials for internal and external meetings, as well as participating in client engagement team meetings. 

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

• 7 years of relevant post education experience in the learned discipline.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Experience leading large, diverse and virtual proposal teams.
• Demonstrated experience managing standard and complex proposals from onset to conclusion with general guidance.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills (both written and oral).
• Superior organizational, time management and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, and other communications-related software programs.
• Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies.
• Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct, and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.
