Duties

- Support facilities management by coordinating maintenance requests and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Handle administrative tasks including data entry, contract management, and documentation related to property management.
- Utilize software systems such as Yardi and OneSite for managing tenant information, lease agreements, and financial records.
- Collaborate with team members to negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to optimize operational efficiency.
- Monitor property conditions and report any issues or necessary repairs to senior management.
- Train and mentor staff as needed, fostering a positive work environment that encourages professional growth.
Requirements
- Must have 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in apartment property management.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle customer service challenges effectively.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks including data entry and document management.
- Knowledgeable in Evictions Laws, Collections and Fair Housing Laws
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Spanish, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
