Summary The Regional Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for developing and overseeing sales processes that enable our strategy with the intent of increasing sales efficiency and market growth. You will work closely with our sales and distribution teams to ensure they have the systems, tools, processes and analytics in place to support their ability to be the best team in the industry. You will be responsible for tasks such as tracking and reporting sales analysis, ensuring data integrity, creating SOPs, and overseeing data parity between internal systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following
Process Optimization & Project Management
Create and implement scalable sales processes, tools, and systems to improve and maximize efficiency and effectiveness, and increase sales.Design & Maintain supporting SOPs that align with overall business strategiesActively spend time in the field to ensure the brand is being represented as desired and to gain insights on how to continuously improve sales processesLead projects as needed to deliver on sales and company goalsLeadership
Provide leadership assistance to the sales team to support flawless execution, development, and industry-leading customer serviceAssist with ensuring sales team is trained consistently on products, internal Wyldprocesses, and sales processes related to execution of job responsibilities
Co-lead weekly sales meetings throughEnsure change management, communication and accountability is executed throughout all levels of the sales organizationCollaborate with supportive departments including Marketing, Finance, Distribution, Operations, Business Systems, and HR to support all operational needs of the organization and improve the customer experienceSales Systems & Tools
Drive implementation, training and usage of all Sales systems and toolsSystems Reporting : by market and location including Goal vs Actual, Visits, Events, EDUs, etc.Administer CRM system and ensure accurate data entry and usageMaintain and update systems as needed to ensure active and potential accounts are current and accurately capturedEvaluate, implement, and train the team on new sales tools and technologiesImprove productivity by evaluating and implementing sales reporting & analytics
Create and maintain SOP's detailing all sales reporting cadence and executionObserve and report on sales team and market trends including spotting trends within the defined market / territory, and spotting growth opportunities using sales and product data.Manage sales data and generate insights through dashboards and reportsMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and enhance sales performanceAny and all other duties assigned as necessary based on business needs.

At least 3 experience as a Sales Operations Manager or in a similar role demonstrating solid understanding of sales operationsExperience with forecasting models and usage of forecasting toolsMust understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions.Computer Skills : Experience with databases, Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Business Central ERP, Excel / Sheets, and project management software a plusMust be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written.Possess basic mathematical skills : addition, subtraction, multiplication and divisionMust obtain state required Cannabis permits, licenses, and / or certificationsWilling to submit to a background check, including a motor vehicle reportMust be 21 years of ageTravel Requirements : Within territories up to 25%Benefits
