Summary The Regional Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for developing and overseeing sales processes that enable our strategy with the intent of increasing sales efficiency and market growth. You will work closely with our sales and distribution teams to ensure they have the systems, tools, processes and analytics in place to support their ability to be the best team in the industry. You will be responsible for tasks such as tracking and reporting sales analysis, ensuring data integrity, creating SOPs, and overseeing data parity between internal systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following

Process Optimization & Project Management

  • Create and implement scalable sales processes, tools, and systems to improve and maximize efficiency and effectiveness, and increase sales.
  • Design & Maintain supporting SOPs that align with overall business strategies
  • Actively spend time in the field to ensure the brand is being represented as desired and to gain insights on how to continuously improve sales processes
  • Lead projects as needed to deliver on sales and company goals
  • Leadership

  • Provide leadership assistance to the sales team to support flawless execution, development, and industry-leading customer service
  • Assist with ensuring sales team is trained consistently on products, internal Wyld
  • processes, and sales processes related to execution of job responsibilities

  • Co-lead weekly sales meetings through
  • Ensure change management, communication and accountability is executed throughout all levels of the sales organization
  • Collaborate with supportive departments including Marketing, Finance, Distribution, Operations, Business Systems, and HR to support all operational needs of the organization and improve the customer experience
  • Sales Systems & Tools

  • Drive implementation, training and usage of all Sales systems and tools
  • Systems Reporting : by market and location including Goal vs Actual, Visits, Events, EDUs, etc.
  • Administer CRM system and ensure accurate data entry and usage
  • Maintain and update systems as needed to ensure active and potential accounts are current and accurately captured
  • Evaluate, implement, and train the team on new sales tools and technologies
  • Improve productivity by evaluating and implementing sales reporting & analytics

  • Create and maintain SOP's detailing all sales reporting cadence and execution
  • Observe and report on sales team and market trends including spotting trends within the defined market / territory, and spotting growth opportunities using sales and product data.
  • Manage sales data and generate insights through dashboards and reports
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and enhance sales performance
  • Any and all other duties assigned as necessary based on business needs.

  • Qualifications

  • At least 3 experience as a Sales Operations Manager or in a similar role demonstrating solid understanding of sales operations
  • Experience with forecasting models and usage of forecasting tools
  • Must understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions.
  • Computer Skills : Experience with databases, Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Business Central ERP, Excel / Sheets, and project management software a plus
  • Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written.
  • Possess basic mathematical skills : addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
  • Must obtain state required Cannabis permits, licenses, and / or certifications
  • Willing to submit to a background check, including a motor vehicle report
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Travel Requirements : Within territories up to 25%

    As an exempt employee, you'll receive a competitive yearly salary of $90k / yr paid biweekly, 11 paid holidays, 120 hours of PTO, 401K, and fully paid health, dental and vision insurance.
