Job Overview
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a residential property, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maximizing property revenue.
Responsibilities
- Utilize Resman software to manage property finances and tenant information
- Implement and maintain compliance with LIHTC regulations
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Manage tenant files and lease agreements
- Administer Section 8 housing programs effectively
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers
- Utilize sales techniques to attract and retain tenants
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for property maintenance
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with tenants and vendors
- Implement upselling strategies to increase property revenue
Requirements
- Proficiency in Resman software is required
- Knowledge of LIHTC regulations is preferred
- Strong data entry skills are essential
- Experience in property management or related field is beneficial
- Familiarity with Section 8 housing programs is a plus
- Ability to negotiate contracts effectively
- Sales experience is advantageous
- Proficiency in CMMS is desirable
- Excellent phone etiquette skills are necessary
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
