Requirements:
Xiente is seeking a Youth Mentor/Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing mentorship and transportation services to youth in our program. The Youth Mentor/Driver will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of the youth while transporting them to and from various activities.
Requirements:
Provide mentorship and guidance to youth in our program- Transport youth to and from various activities, including school, appointments, and extracurricular activities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of the youth while in transit
- Maintain a clean and safe vehicle for transportation
- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and program staff
- Attend training and meetings as required
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience working with youth in a mentorship or counseling capacity
- Ability to communicate effectively with youth, parents, and program staff
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
