IT EBS Project Leader

As an IT EBS Project Leader, you will lead transformative projects, collaborating with business leaders and top-tier suppliers to drive innovation and ensure seamless execution. • Manages multiple information systems projects across GRP North America locations using Oracle EBS Order to Cash (OtC)
• Develops unified processes for OtC application footprint in preparation for Oracle upgrade
• Oversees production support teams, project deployment teams, and offshore development teams
• Guides project and support team activities to ensure on-time, on-cost, and on-quality delivery
• Ensures SLA and customer satisfaction targets are met
• Standardizes OtC solutions between GRP and Extrusions business unit locations
• Utilizes the company’s Deployment Framework (ADF) for managing large-scale OtC projects
• Develops and manages capital budget documentation and expense budgets
• Manages capital spend processes, including monthly capital expense forecasts
• Ensures project solutions align with company compliance standards (Self-Assessment Tests, ITAR, DFARS, SOX)
• Proactively performs risk management to minimize project risks

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (Information Technology or a related field preferred but not required)
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• 5-7 years experience in a similar role
• Effective people and team leadership skills
• Experience in a manufacturing, quality systems, metals industry (preferred)
• Subject matter expert in EBS Order to Cash (preferred)
• Knowledge of multiple project management methodologies
