Summary/ Objective:
Assist the manager to develop and manage the overall production planning activities for the plant maximizing customer service, delivery, production utilization, material control, inventory control, and purchasing.

Must be flexible to work in all areas and in your department regardless of duties listed above in order to accomplish YKTA Goals and objectives.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications, Education, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree is a related field or 4 years of equivalent work experience or training.
- Proficient computer and software skills.
- 2-3 years supervisory experience in a production environment, preferably in the automotive industry.
Preferred Qualifications, Education, and Experience:
- Working knowledge of plant logistics and inventory control/ flow processes is preferred
Environment:
- Work is conducted in an industrial office/ plant setting.
- Frequent movement throughout an industrial plant environment being exposed to high noise levels and equipment normally used in stamping / welding/ Ecoat environments.
Physical Demands:
- Able to lift up to 33lbs.
- Prolonged periods of standing on the plant floor
- Ability to safely operate PIT equipment.
- Able to traverse the plant facility.
