POSITION DESCRIPTION
POSITION TITLE: BARTENDER
LOCATION: Prescott, AZ
REPORTS TO: Front of House Manager
FLSA: Non-exempt
SCOPE OF WORK:
The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner to customers.
Will become familiar with the Tribal/State Gaming Compact, National Indian Gaming Commission’s
(NIGC) Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS), the Tribal Gaming Code, Indian Gaming
Regulatory Act (IGRA), the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Title 31, and Departmental Internal Controls and
Job Instructions.

Tribe/Gaming Agency in order to meet the Tribal State Compact and/or Tribal Gaming Ordinance;
