Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Solar Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for educating potential customers about the benefits of solar energy and guiding them through the process of transitioning to solar power. You will engage with clients through various channels, including door-to-door outreach, to promote our solar solutions and help them make informed decisions about their energy needs.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of customer energy needs and provide tailored solar solutions.
  • Engage in door-to-door sales activities to generate leads and build relationships with potential customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate installation and service delivery for customers.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the company database.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in technical or energy-related fields such as solar sales or energy sales.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Familiarity with market dynamics related to renewable energy and solar technology is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for promoting sustainable energy solutions.
