We are eagerly seeking a talented full-time real estate acquisitions specialist to join our real estate team. You will pursue new properties for the company and cultivate relationships with buyers to sell these properties. You must be results-oriented, think strategically, and build connections with homeowners and investors. Compensation:

$36,000 - $120,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Follow up on all leads and requests for information
  • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on tasks until deals are closed
  • Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections, and facilitate a signed contract
  • Assess comparables, property values, and conditions through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends
  • Attend in-person appointments with sellers and make offers to purchase their homes
  • Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research
  • Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale
  • Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close
  • Follow up on all leads and requests for information
  • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections from clients
Qualifications:
  • Must live in Corpus Christi, TX
  • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed
  • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
  • Have 2 years of experience in sales or customer service
  • 1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, -especially acquisitions, is preferred
  • Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and a goal-oriented personality
  • Preference for a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent work
