Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 per year. Final compensation is based on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.

What you'll do:
• Shape Salesforce to Fit Like a Glove: Tailor the platform to meet our company's unique needs with customizations and configurations.
• Keep Everything Running Like Clockwork: Manage user access, security settings, data integrity, and automation rules to make sure the system is always in tip-top shape.
• Data Detective: Create and optimize reports and dashboards that help our team make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with different teams to ensure the platform is aligned with our business goals and supports daily operations.

Essential Responsibilities:

User Management:
• Create, manage, and maintain user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions to ensure appropriate access levels.
Data Management:
• Monitor data quality, perform data cleansing, import/export data, and manage duplicate records.
System Configuration:
• Customize page layouts, create custom fields, and modify object settings to tailor Salesforce to specific business requirements.
Security Management:
• Define sharing rules, organization-wide defaults (OWDs), and security controls to protect sensitive data.
Automation:
• Design and implement workflows, process builder, and flows to automate repetitive tasks.
Reporting and Analytics:
• Create custom reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Training and Support:
• Provide user training on Salesforce features and functionality, troubleshoot issues, and answer user questions.
System Maintenance:
• Monitor system performance, manage updates and upgrades, and implement new Salesforce features.
Collaboration:
• Work with various departments to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce configurations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform functionality and features
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Three-years’ experience with at least 2 years proven demonstrated experience managing Salesforce environments in a complex business setting
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration, including custom fields, page layouts, and validation rules
  • Knowledge of industry-specific Salesforce features and best practices
  • Knowledge of data management practices, including data cleansing and import/export processes
  • Ability to design and implement automation solutions using workflows, process builder, and flows
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders and end-users
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot system issues and identify areas for improvement
  • Basic understanding of coding or scripting languages

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with change management processes to effectively roll out Salesforce updates
  • Experience with other software packages that integrate with Salesforce including DocuSign, Formstack, Conga Composer and ShareFile
