What are the responsibilities and job description for the MOCHA Program Mentor position at YMCA OF GREATER SPRINGFIELD INC?
Under the direction of the Program Director, serve as a Mentor for operations of MOCHA.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Table at events.
- Update weekly events.
- Tabling at places e.g., Mason Square Health Center, shelters, etc.
- Outreach to specified organizations. (Pick 1 or 2 organization a week).
- Radio appearances, Jail Program and AISS.
- Recruit at least 6 men a week.
