Program Executive Director to film events, programs, promotional materials, and social media content, bringing creative concepts to life and ensuring our visual storytelling reflects the organization’s goals.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Collaborate with the Program team to conceptualize and plan video projects from inception to completion.
- Operate cameras and other equipment to capture high-quality video content in various settings.
- Edit raw footage using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere, Canva and Final Cut Pro to create polished final products.
- Incorporate motion graphics, sound design, and other post-production techniques to enhance video quality.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College degree in Cinematography, Film Production, Marketing, or related field; or 4 years equivalent in related work experience.
- Proficiency in video production techniques, including videography and post-production processes.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Canva. ● Familiarity with creating content for various social media platforms, understanding platform-specific trends and requirements.
- Strong understanding of camera operations, lighting, and sound equipment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. ● Strong communication skills and the ability to receive constructive feedback positively. ● Excellent attention to detail with a strong sense of visual storytelling.
- Knowledge of drone operation preferred.
- Commitment to inclusion and compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) ● Ability to travel from one location to another in a timely location required.
