Database Management: Maintain and update customer contact information and lead details in the software system to ensure accurate records and follow-up activities.
Follow-Up: Follow up on initial outreach, ensuring potential clients are nurtured through the sales pipeline and effectively managed until they are passed to the sales team.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to the sales manager on call activity, lead generation success, and any challenges encountered in reaching goals.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and recruitment teams to ensure a seamless transition of leads and efficient follow-through on client needs.
