York Hospital is seeking a Chemical Dependency Counselor to join our Recovery Center Team!

We are currently seeking a Counselor for our Recovery Center. The Chemical Dependency Counselor will treat patients of all age groups and create individualized care plans and ensure case records and billing information are completed. The Counselor will work closely with all levels of hospital caregivers, physicians, chemically dependent patients and their families. Working in an independent manner, the counselor is responsible for the clinical care and management of all patients assigned to his/her caseload.

Requirements: As a professional clinician, this position necessitates flexible work hours, which will optimize service to the client. Knowledge about developmental needs over the age spans along with a Master's level LCPC or LCSW is required.
