Our Wound Care Center is currently seeking a Certified Wound and Ostomy Care Nurse (CWOCN). In this role the RN will provide consultation service for select York Hospital inpatients guided by national expanded scope of practice standards.
Some essential functions include:
Perform an initial bedside assessment
Work in conjunction with the patient's primary care team
Provide wound care and management
In order to help us continue to provide exceptional care we require:
An RN with their Wound Care certification, previous experience working in med/surg, home health or wound care preferred.
