Responsibilities
- Respond and work all internet leads for commercial sales
- Maintain and control commercial stock inventory and incoming vehicles
- Prospect for new commercial business through networking in the marketplace
- Maintain complete knowledge of our products and financing options
- Communicate daily with the Service Department to contact any commercial accounts that are in for service
- Follow through with clients after the sale to ensure satisfaction
- Meet and exceed departmental objectives
- Will be responsible for generating new business opportunities
- Service and maintain existing accounts
- Building strong relationships with customers
- Contribute to the growth and success of our organization
- Hire experienced commercial Sales Reps when needed
- Maintain mutually beneficial relationships with Body and Upfitter Vendors
- Ensure vehicle capabilities meet client needs
- Achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Exhibit Professional and strong communication skills
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outbound sales
- Strong communication skills to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Experience in a dealership or similar sales environment
- Proficiency in Spanish is an advantage
- Experience in sales management and pipeline management
- Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle rejection
- Excellent sales skills: including the ability to build rapport with customers and negotiate effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A positive and results-driven attitude.
