Job Title : Software Engineer
FLSA Status : Exempt
Reports to : VP of Digital Services
Location : Lehi / Corporate
General Summary : Responsible for the development, design, and implementation of new or modified software products, focusing on the front end. Work with a team to produce quality results that meet business needs. At least 3 years of experience is preferred, but good code always takes precedence!
Essential Job Functions :
- Write and implement clean, efficient code based on requirements.
- Work closely with other developers, UX designers, and product owners employing Agile (Scrum and / or Kanban) methodologies.
- Pair-program when appropriate.
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams containing to various stakeholders to generate solutions to business problems.
- Write basic unit tests.
- Deploy software tools, processes, and metrics.
- Identify areas for modification in existing systems and subsequently develop these modifications.
- Maintain and upgrade existing systems to be more scalable, optimized, and secure.
- Actively innovate and generally contribute to the generation of solutions that meet business objectives. Technologies :
