Your Concierge Connection, the premier Guest Service company in the Intermountain region is looking for a dynamic CONCIERGE SERVICES SUPERVISOR & OTHER POSITIONS in the Las Vegas market. . Come lead our VIP concierge staff in LV's most celebrated retail properties. We are looking for individuals who are self starters, proactive, well organized, quick thinking and thrive in a fast paced professional environment.
Our team is involved with superior execution of all special events, website maintenance, social media assistance, gift card facilitation and interaction with retail tenants. This position would oversee the operations of the seasonal ice rink and assist the marketing team with various projects.
Prior retail management experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities/Requirements include
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to work varied shifts
PC Knowledge, Word, Excel Savvy
High School diploma or equivalent/some college preferred
Strong Communication and writing skills
Ability to recruit, hire and manage staff
Scheduling and payroll skills helpful
Salary $52,000.00 plus benefit package after 90 days
