As an Accountant I, you will support the accounting team in the areas of accounts receivable and accounts payable. You will assist with monthly financial statements and budgets, reconciliation, external audits, and more!

Youth In Need has been around since 1974 helping to create safe places for the area's most vulnerable children. We have more than 400 full- and part-time staff who serve more than 8,000 children, teens and families at nearly 100 locations in six counties in Eastern Missouri.

This Position:
We are interested in Accountants with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related area, OR any equivalent combination of education/experience/training that provides the required skills/knowledge.
We're looking for someone with a minimum of 1-2 years accounting experience. Non-profit and grant experience is a plus!

This is an hourly position with starting pay at $23.
