This is a full-time on-site position in Littleton, Colorado. The salary range for this position is $20 -$23 per hour.
Available shift: 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
As a Line Cook, you will:
Make dishes and prepare recipes fresh from scratch every day. We are looking for line cooks who are passionate about fresh, high-quality ingredients, have great technique, and love creating delicious, memorable food. As a line cook, you will use a wide range of cooking techniques and kitchen tools. Although our kitchen is busy and our standards are high, you’ll love being a part of our team.
What you bring to the table:
- Great technique: strong knife skills and knowledge of a range of cooking techniques and styles set you apart
- Attention to detail: you know your weights, measurements, and volumes and can follow strict guidelines and directions.
- Cleanliness and organization: your station and your mise en place.
- Team player: it takes a team to keep our kitchens moving
Required experience and education:
- Comfortable standing for extended periods of time, able to lift up to 50 lbs. and continuously bend, reach and twist
- Must be at least 18 years old
