Afterhours Facility Rentals Customer Service Representative
RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to YWCA guests who enter the administration entrance. This position is required to monitor the use of the facility to ensure that established standards of excellence are maintained and that the contracted obligations are met by the rental groups and their guests. All training will be provided.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
§ Must have a high school diploma or GED.
§ Customer Service experience preferred.
§ Good work ethics.
§ Must have a reliable means of transportation.
§ Must be available to sub for other customer service team members when needed.
§ Must be available to start March 17, 2025
HOURS NEEDED:
Part time; Monday, Wednesday and Friday between the hours of 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., with some weekends, as needed.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
