Key Responsibilities:
· Engage with customers over the phone to assist with their insurance choices, using a well-defined script.
· Handle both incoming and outgoing calls in a busy call center environment.
· Address and resolve customer objections effectively.
· Regular use of database, dialing, and email software.
· Deliver clear verbal and written communication.
· Be open to other tasks as needed.
Training & Development: You may be eligible to receive comprehensive training, including preparation for obtaining P&C/Life Insurance licenses (optional). Our expert team will support your growth in this customer-focused role.
Ideal Candidate:
· High School Diploma or equivalent.
· Eager to learn and adapt.
· Strong communication skills.
· Comfortable in a fast-paced call center environment.
· The ability to type 45 wpm.
· Proficient computer skills.
