Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day operations of the Production facility
- Prepares with accuracy (cut, carve and measures) all menu items according to the companies’ recipes, portions, and quality standards.
- Receives, inspects, and restock food supplies and equipment.
- Maintains work area and equipment clean and sanitized by companies’ standards.
- Understands and complies with all food and safety (hand washing, cross contamination) practices
- Rotates product per “first in, first out” to maintain shelf-life standards
- Maintain open communication with management and team members regarding logs, product discards and order status
- Participates in other essential activities as needed
