What you'll do :
- Collaborate with sales team on all facets of client relations from RFP stage to campaign completion, including but not limited to proposal submissions, overseeing campaign implementation with Ad Operations, campaign analysis / reporting, billing and reconciliation and related day-to-day account management duties
- Manage clients' daily questions, issues, and feedback, sharing with management as needed
- Manage the flow of insertion orders, creative tags, and pixel requests
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Research, and Finance teams to ensure successful client on-boarding, continued client success, and annual contract renewal
- Maintain strong relationships with agencies and advertisers to ensure long-term success; be able to identify opportunities to expand ZEFR's level of service with each client, and work with the sales team to follow through on those opportunities
- Share expertise and advise clients on new campaign ideas to generate continued results
- Work with Sales and Ad Operations to ensure client satisfaction
- Participate in industry events and conferences

The anticipated base salary for this position is between $85,000-95,000 with an additional bonus. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. If your compensation expectations fall outside of this range, it may still be worth having a conversation.
