Coffee Barista

Hi,

we are bubble tea/coffee shop located in Fayetteville , AR . we are hiring new coffee server/barista for our Boba tea/coffee shop.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:
• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Assist customers in selecting drinks and toppings, explaining menu items, and answering questions.
• Handle transactions accurately using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Drink Preparation:
• Prepare boba tea drinks according to company recipes and standards.
• Cook and prepare tapioca pearls and other toppings as needed.
• Ensure drinks are visually appealing and meet quality standards.
• Shop Maintenance:
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, including the front counter, kitchen, and dining areas.
• Restock ingredients, supplies, and utensils as needed.
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe environment.

Qualifications:

• Friendly, positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and making accurate change.
• Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Prior experience in food service, coffee shops, or boba tea shops is a plus, but not required (we provide training!).

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Lift up to 25 lbs (e.g., boxes of ingredients, supplies).
• Perform repetitive tasks, such as shaking drinks or scooping toppings.
