Description
- Parking and Retrieving Vehicles: Safely park and retrieve vehicles in designated parking areas, including maneuvering various types of vehicles with care.
- Key Management: Securely manage keys, ensuring they are safely stored and returned to customers upon vehicle retrieval.
- Assisting with Luggage: Help customers load and unload luggage, packages, or other belongings from their vehicles as needed.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, or special requests courteously and efficiently.
- Information Assistance: Offer information about the establishment's services, facilities, or nearby attractions to enhance the overall experience for guests.
- Handling Payments: Collect parking fees from customers and accurately process payments using cash or credit card transactions.
Valet Stand Management: Maintain the valet stand or booth, ensuring it is properly stocked with necessary supplies such as parking tickets, pens, or valet tags.
