What are the responsibilities and job description for the Valet Parking Attendant position at Zenith Hospitality Group?
An ideal candidate for the position of Parking Attendant will have previous experience in the parking industry. Candidates must be willing to work in an outdoor environment and be capable of interacting with drivers in a friendly and polite manner to help them find available parking spots. The successful candidate will be expected to work well with others and conduct frequent cleaning of the site, including trash removal and snow removal.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the position, making sure that parking lot rules are properly followed.
- Be responsible for cash collected from the machines.
- Be able to issue citations.
- Maintain cleanliness in the lot by emptying trash cans and keeping grease traps and drains cleaned.
- Enforce traffic standards and regulations.
- Be available for emergency situations such as accidents or fires.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
