State Farm Agency, located in Lawrenceville, GA has an immediate opening for a full-time Assistant Office Manager. We seek a detail-oriented professional with stellar customer service and collaboration skills to support our agency and community by promoting State Farm products and services.
As an Assistant Office Manager you will support our agency to continually achieve its goals. You will empower our team by implementing and supporting office policies and consistently ensuring excellent and mutually beneficial customer experiences.
Responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
- Ensure the office is well-maintained, and continuously equipped to successfully meet customer needs and to market relevant products
