Supply Chain Specialist II

Our team consists of 10 members with expertise spanning supply chain product launches, change management, IT systems and processes, and packaging engineering. • Manage and maintain new programs, products, and components, ensuring material availability and production continuity for all relevant projects, including launches, prototypes, and phase-outs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional ZF teams (launch management, logistics, purchasing, quality, sales) and global SCM, leading Supply Chain efforts to support future business development.
• Identify potential production disruptions, review stock levels, vendor performance, and production schedules to ensure timely material supply and minimize obsolescence.
• Develop and manage supply chain designs for new programs, including calculating logistics costs, evaluating supplier changes, coordinating material procurement for special builds, and managing space requirements for parts storage and line setup.
• Maintain data in SAP and Axalant, develop reports and KPIs, while acting as a liaison to customers and internal teams.

•  Bachelor’s degree with 4  years progressive supply chain experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and experience with an ERP system.
• Self-driven & able to work unsupervised with ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to travel required – both foreign and domestic.
