Job Description
The Customer Account Executive is a key customer-facing strategy and sales role that requires executive-level relationship management, strategic planning, outstanding communication/presentation skills, effective time management skills and the ability to drive cross-sell/up-sell within all current accounts. This role will serve in an overlay function with each Customer Success Manager (CSM), building and maintaining relationships with our existing clients to maximize the growth of Zift’s software and services revenue within all existing customer accounts. The ability to identify complementary opportunities that add value above and beyond customers’ existing investment and manage a thrifty sales process, including customer and internal stakeholders are critical to the success of this role.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
