Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Software Implementation Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the successful deployment of Unifyr’s software solutions, working closely with clients to customize and integrate our products into their operations. This role combines technical expertise, project management skills, and customer relationship management to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end implementation process, including planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Software Customization: Work with clients to understand their requirements and configure Unifyr’s software solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Technical Support: Provide hands-on technical assistance during the implementation process, troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure a smooth deployment.
- Client Training: Deliver comprehensive training sessions and create user-friendly documentation to empower clients to utilize Unifyr’s software effectively.
- Integration Support: Assist with system integration, ensuring Unifyr’s software interfaces seamlessly with clients’ existing systems and processes.
- Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the customer, relaying feedback and insights to internal teams to drive continuous improvement of Unifyr’s products.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and customer success, to ensure alignment and successful implementations.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed records of implementation projects, providing updates and insights to stakeholders throughout the process.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3 years of experience in software implementation, consulting, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of enterprise software, system configuration, and customization.
- Familiarity with APIs, scripting, and data migration.
- Understanding of software integration processes and challenges.
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and compliance standards is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
