What are the responsibilities and job description for the Staff Accountant position at Zinda Law Group, PLLC?
This is a permanent, full-time position that will be domiciled at our Northwest Austin office.
Zinda Law Group is looking for a driven and analytical Staff Accountant to join our firm! As a Staff Accountant, your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be integral to the continued success and growth of the firm.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with budget preparations
- Pay bills and maintain ledgers
- Receive, approve, and/or decline invoices
- Code payables for Accounts Payable entries
- Make bank deposits and receipts of money
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Assure expenditures are in accordance with code balances for item acquisition
- Conduct invoice activities and pay vendors
- Process payroll and payroll reports
- Create and maintain multiples reports for the firm
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of Accounting or Bookkeeping experience
- Strong experience with Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of QuickBooks preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary commensurate with experience
