Receptionist and Switchboard Operator

Job Description-

• Position- Receptionist & Switchboard
• Location- Suite 1200 Chicago, Il 60631
• Shift- Monday to Friday 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM
• Duration- 17 Weeks

Requirements-

• 2 years of prior switchboard experience.

Responsibilities-

• Greet visitors and issue badges.
• Manage facility access and meeting rooms.
• Answer and transfer calls nationwide.
• Assist with admin and PC support.
• Perform other assigned tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $19.86 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
