Accounting Manager - Zoom Drain
Location: Plymouth Meeting, PA (On-site)
Zoom Drain, a leading drain and sewer services company, seeks an experienced Accounting Manager with a track record of successful team leadership.
Key Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing a high-performing accounting team
- Strong track record of implementing process improvements and driving team success
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 7 years accounting experience, including 3 years in a management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in financial software and data analysis
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the accounting team to achieve departmental goals
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Implement and optimize accounting processes and controls
- Collaborate with executive team on financial strategy
Note: CPA certification is not required for this position.
