Your tasks
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic CPTO Support Specialist to assist our Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO) in managing and executing key technology and product projects across our company. Our organization is a diverse group consisting of many different legal entities, all dedicated to providing innovative SaaS solutions. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in improving our product offerings, identifying new opportunities, and leveraging synergies between our products and legal entities.
- Support the CPTO in coordinating and managing multiple technology and product related projects across the organization
- Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans to improve product offerings and identify new market opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and leverage synergies between products and legal entities
- Monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders
- Facilitate effective communication between the CPTO, project teams, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks and issues
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards
- Perform other related duties as assigned
