Zwicker is presently seeking an Client Compliance Auditor to join our team in Andover, MA. As an Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting financial and operational audits, assessing internal controls, and providing recommendations for process improvements.
The base hourly rate for this position is $20.00-$22.00.

Zwicker is presently seeking an Client Compliance Auditor to join our team in Andover, MA. As an Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting financial and operational audits, assessing internal controls, and providing recommendations for process improvements.
The base hourly rate for this position is $20.00-$22.00.
Responsibilities Include
- Reviewing collection accounts to ensure state and federal laws are adhered to as well as client contracts and work standards are being met. The reviews would encompass the entire life of an account (placement, lettering, litigation, process, closure, etc).
- Managing SharePoint to assign defects for review of the inventory reviewed with findings to Senior Management on a weekly basis and periodic reports for criteria of interest.
- Assist the Audit/Compliance Department Head in preparing for external client audits.
- Prepare any pre-audit requests, working with the client’s while on site and assisting with remediating findings.
- Assist the Audit/Compliance Department Head in handling a client change request.
- Examines the company's compliance with rules and regulations set by clients and the FDCPA.

- Preferred Qualifications
- Debt collection experience
- Knowledge of the FDCPA
- Be able to lift five pounds or greater
- Be able to sit 90% of the work day at times
- Be able to bend at the waist and be mobile when needed
- Be able to read and comprehend position specific documents and correspondence
- Be able to communicate in a common language with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing
- Be able to operate a computer, phone, or equivalent device
- Be able to complete a minimum of a 40-hour flexible workweek schedule
