We are seeking a vibrant and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Office Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and team members, you'll play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical and administrative functions such as answering phones and greeting guests, sending emails, sorting and distributing mail, and package handling.
- Order office and kitchen supplies and maintain supply inventory; restock kitchen as needed.
- Schedules and organizes activities such as weekly "Lunch and Learns" and monthly Happy Hours
- Handling the info-Account
- Assist with building maintenance issues
- Exhibits professionalism through consistently upholding a positive and cooperative demeanor when interacting with all colleagues, visitors, and clients.
- Work closely with team members across different departments to support their administrative needs and facilitate efficient communication within the office.
- Approach challenges with a positive attitude and resourcefulness.
- Perform other administrative duties as requested.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of staff.
- Communicate in a clear, concise, and professional manner both verbally and in writing in English.
- Exceptional organizational skills; attention to detail is a must
- 5 years of related experience
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
- Ability to prioritize tasks to meet multiple deadlines and respond to changes at short notice.
- Spanish is a plus.
Education
- High school education; college level preferred
