Architect / Project Management (Client-Side)

New real estate development company is seeking an experienced Architect to manage and oversee projects during the pre-construction phase. Candidate Requirements: Proven experience as an Architect, with additional experience on the client-side (developer) for large-scale residential, mixed-use, and office projects (5,000 sqm).Expertise in project development cycles—from site analysis, concept creation, and design stages to working documentation and commissioning.Strong ability to coordinate all project stakeholders, including internal teams (sales, marketing, project management) and external partners (architectural studios, engineering firms, cost estimators, and consultants).Deep knowledge of contemporary architectural trends and styles.Understanding of urban planning regulations, permitting processes, and zoning requirements.Proficiency in industry-standard software such as ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, and similar tools.Key Responsibilities: Site Evaluation & Planning:Assess potential land acquisitions, determine technical and economic feasibility, and analyze zoning restrictions in collaboration with local architects.Contract & Partnership Management:Negotiate agreements with design firms, develop a network of industry partners, and prepare technical specifications. Ensure timely and quality delivery of project documentation.Concept Development & Positioning:Define project vision, key characteristics, and market positioning. Provide architectural studios with comprehensive briefs, suggest materials, and identify value-added opportunities.Project Scheduling & Compliance:Develop project timelines, oversee design stages and approvals, and ensure alignment with local regulations with support from local architects and consultants.Design Oversight & Execution Control:Supervise architectural and engineering contractors throughout the design process to completion.
