Junior IT Systems Engineer

We have been providing outsource IT services and Voice over IP (VoIP) telephone since 2005. Our clientele consists of many international corporations in different areas, and we are involved in projects that demand leading edge information technology skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and networks.

• Support the administration of Active Directory, Azure, Exchange, and PowerShell scripting tasks.

• Gain hands-on experience with networking, including switching and routing using managed switches.

• Support virtualization environments, primarily using VMWare.

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.

• Provide technical support to end-users and resolve hardware/software problems.

• Collaborate with senior engineers on IT projects and initiatives.

• Maintain documentation of IT procedures and configurations.

• Ensure security and compliance standards are met.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Basic understanding of networking, operating systems, and hardware.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

• Relevant certifications are a plus.

• 2-3 years of experience
