Responsibilities
Supporting the evaluation and onboarding of new payment providers including not not limited to:
- Facilitating Non-Disclosure agreement conversations
- Completing due diligence assessments of payments providers
- Facilitating contract discussions between parties
- Working alongside development to ensure the smooth release of new payment products
- Support the management of payment provider relationships
- Generate and deliver business reviews with PSPs
- Coordinate with internal teams and support in the escalation of issues with PSPs
- Support user management in PSP platforms
Requirements
- Previous experience generating reports and compiling presentations through powerpoint
- Previous experience working in with a Fintech
- Experience dealing with payment partners
- Previous experience with analysing data through excel
