Customer Experience Advisor (Part-Time) Nicosia/Larnaca

The Role

We are seeking to recruit a detail-oriented and reliable Customer Experience Advisor on a Part-Time basis, to help us assess and enhance our customer service quality. In this role, the successful candidate will assess our services by experiencing them as a regular customer and providing valuable feedback on operational standards, employee performance, and overall customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for university students or individuals looking for flexible, part-time work. 

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Visiting various points within our transport network (stations, vehicles, customer service points, etc.) to evaluate service quality.
• Assessing different aspects of the customer journey, including cleanliness, staff behaviour, efficiency, and overall customer experience.
• Accurately documenting observations through detailed reports and feedback forms.
• Providing objective feedback and insights to help improve customer satisfaction.
• Following assigned evaluation criteria while maintaining discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications and Skills

• Currently enrolled in university or recent graduate (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong observational and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Attention to detail and the ability to provide constructive feedback.
• Legal right to live and work in Cyprus.
