MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Working within the Corporate Dept. of the Firm Preparation and handling of the submissions at the Registrar of Companies, in Cyprus Preparation of documents for opening of bank accounts/communication with Financial Institutions Communication with clients Collection of KYC documents from the clients Performing research and preparing reports Providing assistance to internal lawyers of the Firm Typing texts/communication Updating clients’ files and records CANDIDATE PROFILE
Pleasant personality, good communication skills, reliable, paying attention to detail, able to work under pressure and in teams Critical-thinker and problem-solver Strong interpersonal skills, motivation, professional discipline Previous experience as a Corporate Consultant (minimum 2 years) A relevant university degree (e.g. business administration) IT skills Excellent command of Greek and English language, both verbal and written *Competitive salary is offered (depending on qualifications and experience) *Annual holidays: 21 working days
