Job Posting for Head of Business Development (IB) at Doto
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and acquire potential IB (Introducing Broker) partners, and new market opportunities, with a focus on the South Africa, MENA, LATAM and Southeast Asia regions.
Develop and grow your networks and IB portfolio across key target markets.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing IBs to ensure high levels of satisfaction and consistent business growth.
Create and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals and regional market demands.
Negotiate and successfully close deals with potential IB partners.
Collaborate with internal departments including Risk Management, Operations, and Compliance to ensure seamless onboarding and support
provide feedback to the development team on the IB product - doto.partners and make sure it is well maintained.
Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
Report directly to the CEO and support in leading the IB department.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 3 years proven experience in IB management within the Forex industry.
Solid understanding and hands-on experience with MT4 and MT5 trading platforms.
Strong business development mindset with the ability to identify and convert new IB opportunities.
Fluent in English and at least one of the following languages: Arabic, Portuguese and Spanish.
In-depth knowledge of market dynamics in MENA, LATAM, Southeast Asia and South Africa.
Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
Creative thinker capable of exploring new business models and innovative solutions.
Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Meticulous attention to detail with a proactive and positive attitude.
Strong organizational and presentation skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
