What You'll Be Working On
Assist in identifying new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients in the fintech and payments industry;
Support lead generation activities through research, outreach, and prospecting via various channels;
Maintain and update CRM records with accurate business development activities;
Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients;
Work closely with senior business development managers to drive sales initiatives and achieve targets;
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential growth areas
Assist in managing relationships with existing clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and retention;
Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, compliance, and technical departments, to support client onboarding and service delivery;
Regularly attend the conferences
What You Need To Succeed In This Role
1 year of experience in sales in fintech, payments, or the PSP industry;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow;
Ability to conduct research and analyze market trends;
Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite;
Fluency in Russian and English;
Ability to visit regular events in EU
