Responsibilities:
Your daily adventures will look like this:Conduct primary market research and analysis findings to inform new game ideation and portfolio planning. Analyze the competitive landscape and identify opportunities;Define product requirements, and establish game mechanics and concepts. Manage feature prioritization and the product backlog through all stages of the development lifecycle from initial ideation through launching and live operations;Lead alignment on the vision, scope, schedule and requirements for selected game concepts. Guide the iterative design process by conducting design reviews at key milestones to ensure games stay on track and address any issues;Track development velocity and priorities to complete features on time for scheduled internal/soft launches and adjustments as needed;Continuously analyze live game metrics and player behaviours to identify optimization opportunities. Monitor key metrics, retention, and monetization to analyze player behaviour and ROI;Communicate product status updates, issues, and results regularly to stakeholders. Track progress against Roadmaps and KPIs;Drive testing programs to validate new features and maximize engagement and revenue;Own operational support of games post-launch including live updates, events, and marketing;Scout new trends and ideas to expand the portfolio through internal development.
