We have an exciting opportunity for a
Duty Manager to join our
Ground Operations Team at
Paphos Airport, on a full time, seasonal contract basis for
Summer 2025!
Reporting to the
Regional Manager, the
Duty Manager is responsible for the day to day management of all
Jet2.com operations at the airport, ensuring our
Jet2.com and
Jet2holidays customers consistently receive first class levels of customer service.
Key responsibilities will include -
- Leading our Jet2.com operational team at the airport, ensuring the delivery of a VIP customer experience
- Oversight of all Jet2.com Ground Operations activity at the airport, both landside and airside
- Ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures
- Monitoring and analysing airport key performance indicators and making recommendations for improvements
- Assisting the Regional Manager with key operational meetings as well as planning, recruitment and resource allocation, to ensure operational requirements are met
- Working effectively with our key stakeholders, including ground handling partners, airport authorities and our Jet2.com and Jet2holidays colleagues, to drive a ‘One Team’ ethos at all times.
This is a role with a high level of
operational responsibility, whilst working as an
ambassador for our
brand values. As we are always on hand to help our customers, this position involves working on a
rostered shift basis and requires
flexibility to support our flight programme.
The successful candidate will have experience of
leading and
managing teams, from within an
Aviation, Airline or Ground handling environment. We are looking for an
inspirational leader, who is committed to the
development of others and who shares our
passion for delivering the highest standards in
customer service and
safety. Excellent administration skills are required, including
roster planning and
KPI management. Strong
operational experience within an airport environment is essential for this role and you will ideally have experience of managing/building relationships with
service providers and
senior stakeholders. As you will be working with our UK customer base, fluency in both
English and
Greek is required.
