Store Manager

Hello lovely people 😊 SO, you might have heard the rumours and well, indeed it seems that where there is smoke there is usually fire so YES LUSH COSMETICS is coming to Cyprus and will be opening the first store in Limassol at Anexartisias Street so we are currently seeking to recruit a Store Manager. 

Non-Negotiable must have:

1. A very big smile
2. Positive attitude
3. Eager to work in the Customer Service cosmetics retail sector 
4. Ability for analytical thinking and rational decision taking

Other job-related requirements: 

• Excellent customer service skills
• Good computer skills and good in organising 
• Excellent English and Greek
• Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with staff members and customers
• Team player / Leader
• Enjoy working as part of a team
• Have passion for the beauty industry
• High level of professional commitment 
• Previous experience in managerial position and sales / customer service is a must

The successful candidate will undergo training in Cyprus and the UK. 

Remuneration: Monthly salary of 1700€ Gross, 13^th salary plus bonus on sales targets and performance
