What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to placement
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their hiring needs, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions
• Sourcing top talent through networking, headhunting, referrals, and job platforms
• Conducting in-depth interviews, background checks, and candidate assessments
• Providing expert advice to clients and candidates on market trends, salaries, and career development
• Driving business development by identifying new client opportunities and growing existing accounts
• Representing Manpower Cyprus at recruitment fairs, industry events, and conferences
• Achieving and exceeding monthly and annual targets

What We’re Looking For:

• 2 years of experience as a Recruiter in an agency or a similar role
• A University degree (Master’s in HR is a plus)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in Greek & English
• A results-driven mindset with the ability to work under deadlines
• Ability to lead and mentor junior recruiters
