The Business Account Manager is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and collaboratively developing strategies to achieve

mutual business objectives. This role involves understanding client needs, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive long-term business success.


Requirements:


  • Experience in the payments industry, with a minimum of 1 years in business development or sales roles.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction and collaboration.
  • Proven skills in sales, negotiation, and closing deals to achieve business growth.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans that align with client goals and drive mutual success.
  • In-depth understanding of the industry and market trends to offer relevant insights and advice to clients.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools to manage client accounts and track performance.
  • Strong teamwork skills to work effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and market conditions.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  • Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with clients to understand their needs and goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Develop strategies to grow client accounts and increase revenue.
  • Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and agreements to clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals and renew contracts.
  • Share client feedback and insights with internal teams to inform product and service development.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge through training and professional development.
  • Implement best practices and innovative approaches to improve account management processes.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
